Data is transferred to the USA (a non-European) third country]. This involves the use of cookies, which enable an analysis of your use of the website by your users. The information generated by this is transmitted to the provider's server and stored there.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider.
Usage of IP addresses based on the legal basis „legitimate interest“: Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 8 bits. This only allows for a rough localization.
The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art. 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our legitimate interest as defined by GDPR is to improve our services and online presence. As user privacy is important to us, user data will be pseudonymized to the greatest technical extent possible.
User data will be stored for a period of 2 years.

Web Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We are working with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to track how you use and interact with our website. You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we require your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
